The TEC 250 applicator plus our TECBOND 7718/12 polyamide hot melt (KNOT-TEC System) has been specially developed for repairing knots and filling damaged wood surfaces.
For a fast and effective repair the KNOT-TEC System is the answer. Simply fill the knot hole or damaged surface with the TECBOND 7718/12 molten adhesive (available in different colours, to match the wood: amber, beige, black and dark brown).When the surplus glue has been removed, which can be done easily using a sharp chisel or cutting tool, you are then able to treat
or paint the wood in the normal way.

The KNOT-TEC adhesive, reference 7718/12 is available
in four colours to match most wood types.
They are
translucent amber, beige, black and dark brown
coloured adhesive sticks.
The TEC 250 is the ideal glue gun for
dispensing TECBOND 7718 glue sticks.
Compact in size and with its efficient heater
housing, reaches operating temperature in
approximately 5 minutes, (it is fitted with a
P.T.C self regulating heater that can be
operated in any facility from 100-240 volt).

This specially formulated Knot-Tec is a hard polyamide
